A top academic medical center in Southern California is urgently hiring for an Assistant Nurse Manager Med Surg Telemetry to join their nursing leadership team.
Reporting to the Nurse Manager of Medical Surgical Telemetry and RN Director of Medical Surgical Telemetry, the Assistant Nurse Manager Med Surg Telemetry will be well supported by a dedicated team of Med Surg and Telemetry Charge RNs and Staff Nurses. The Med Surg Tele leadership unit oversees two busy units with nearly 200 FTEs, including Medical Surgical Staff RNs, Telemetry RNs, and nearly 50 Float Pool RNs.
The Assistant Nurse Manager Med Surg Telemetry will manage and mentor staff, foster a collaborative atmosphere, encourage individual professional growth and ensure compliance with hospital standards. The Med/Surg Tele team is experienced and dedicated and is looking for a leader who will offer guidance, support and positivity.
