Reporting to the Nurse Manager of Family Birth Center and the Nurse Director of Women’s Services, the Assistant RN Manager Labor Delivery will oversee a high volume, high risk birth center with 36 private LDRP birthing suites with an average of 200-300 births each month. The Assistant RN Manager Labor Delivery will oversee 70+ FTEs and be well supported by several Perinatal Services Charge RNs. The Assistant RN Manager Labor Delivery will contribute to shared goals of Infection Control, Risk Management, Safety, and Patient Satisfaction Scores.
The Assistant Nurse Manager Labor Delivery will provide collaborative leadership for the process of planning, directing, integrating and coordinating activities to achieve departmental objectives and maintain high quality services. The Assistant Nurse Manager Labor Delivery will receive and hand off shift responsibility.
