The Nurse Coordinator Intensive Care Unit will report to the Nurse Manager ICU and Emergency Services and leads nursing staff in unit activities. The responsibilities include providing compassionate care and services to patients and ensuring safe and effective patient care is being provided by staff. They will serve as a preceptor to new hires and assist with staff education.
The Assistant RN Manager Critical Care Unit will be part of a team that specializes in critical care. This 10 bed unit is focused on promoting a patient-focused and healthy work environment. The Critical Care Unit has a rapid response team and plenty of opportunity for growth.
