Reporting to the Emergency Department Nurse Manager, the Assistant Nurse Manager Emergency Services will be accountable for overseeing department workflow, staff scheduling, ensuring state and federal regulatory compliance, and assisting with new-hire education. The Assistant Nurse Manager Emergency Services will join the emergency department, working alongside a team of specialists, and leading a team of registered nurses, technicians, and ancillary staff. The ideal nurse is a compassionate leader that is happy to work hands on to support their team. This individual has previous leadership experience, a clinical background, and holds an active RN license.
