Reporting to the Nurse Manager of Critical Care, the Assistant Nursing Manager of MICU will oversee operations of the Medical Intensive Care Unit, including staff scheduling, conflict resolution, on-boarding, and new-hire education. The Assistant Nursing Manager of MICU will join the Critical Care team consisting of a CCU Nurse Manager, SICU Nurse Manager, Critical Care Educators, departmental RN staff, and technicians. The ideal Assistant Nursing Manager of Critical Care will have previously leadership experience and a recent clinical background.
