A well-regarded regional medical center is looking for an Assistant Nurse Manager Critical Care ICU to join their award-winning nursing team in beautiful Idaho state!
Reporting to the Nurse Director of Critical Care and Nurse Manager of Critical Care, the Assistant Nurse Manager Critical Care ICU will be well supported by ICU Charge Nurses, and talented Intensive Care Unit RNs on a busy 24-bed Intensive Care unit with 120 FTEs. The Assistant Nurse Manager Medical Surgical will oversee all day-to-day clinical functions and will work collaboratively with the Nurse Manager and Nurse Director on patient safety and staff development initiatives.
The Assistant Nurse Manager Critical Care ICU will be responsible for staffing, scheduling, and unit policies. Additionally, they will serve on the Community Task Force. The Assistant Nurse Manager Critical Care ICU will receive ample on-the-job training and the hospital will facilitate unit certifications.
