The Assistant Nurse Director Endoscopy will be a member of the Perioperative Service Line and work in the Ambulatory Surgery Department. The Nurse Manager Endoscopy will oversee 20 FTES and have a strong staff nurse background in either the OR, PACU, Pre-op, or Endoscopy. The Assistant Nurse Director Endoscopy will be in charge of scheduling, assisting with hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions, and identify goals, objectives, and standards of care on the unit. Prior experience as a Charge Nurse Operating Room or Assistant Nurse Manager Surgery is required for this important position.
