The Assistant ICU Nurse Manager functions collaboratively and uses independent judgment to provide high quality care by assuring appropriate staffing on a shift basis or more as indicated by patient acuity and census. They will be accountable for unit operations, supervision, staff development, patient care delivery and clinical outcomes on assigned shifts. The ANM will also be responsible for providing clinical nursing leadership to unit staff and may provide direct patient care.
