Assistant Director of PACU

The Assistant RN Director of PACU will report directly to the Director of Preoperative Services. The RN Senior Manager will oversee hiring and orientation of new hires, ensure compliance and quality standards are being met or exceeded, and will manage department budgets and spending. This hospital is Joint Commission Accredited, so the RN PACU Manager will assure that all Joint Commission standards, laws, regulations, and standards are being followed. Patient satisfaction is a key element for this Manager of Preoperative Services. The PACU Manager will develop patient satisfactory programs and make sure that patient safety and satisfaction are also being exceeded.
