 The Assistant Chief Operating Officer will become a member of a 200 bed teaching hospital that has provided local residents with the highest quality healthcare for almost 100 years. This hospital system has made several state-of-the-art renovations to their equipment and facility to ensure top quality care. The hospital has several areas of excellence including cancer care, cardiac care, maternal child health, psychiatric care, surgical services and emergency medicine. 

 The Assistant Chief Operating Officer will report to the Chief Operating Officer and join an established senior leadership team.  The Assistant Chief Operating Officer will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hospital and will foster effective collaboration between medical staff leadership, ancillary clinical departments, and facility resources.   They will oversee the hospital's non clinical ancillary departments in accordance with the hospital strategic plan.  While overseeing the day-to-day operations for Ancillary / Allied Services, the Assistant Chief Operating Officer will also have the opportunity to develop new business strategies to enhance and improve the hospital’s overall performance. They will also be a resource for support regarding management decisions, enhancing revenue, and achieving departmental goals.
