The Regional Quality Leader reports to the CEO and oversees Quality Management and Performance Improvement leaders throughout the Bay, ensuring that quality and patient safety programs are being implemented effectively. The CQO will often work autonomously to develop policies and procedures relating to Performance Improvement, Risk, Compliance, Clinical Excellence and Medical Staff Services on a system wide level for the Northern California region.
