Joining the Nursing Administration team, the Administrative Nurse Director Cardiovascular Services will oversee operations, budget, strategic planning, department goals, quality performance improvement initiatives, and the department teams across multiple units, including the CVICU, Cath Lab, Vascular Lab, Cardiac Stepdown, Cardiac/Observation area, and Cardiac rehab unit. Reporting to the Hospital Chief Nursing Officer, The Administrative Nurse Director Cardiovascular Services will lead a team of nurse managers, nurse educators, registered nurses, technicians, and ancillary staff. 

Ideally, the Administrative Nurse Director Cardiovascular Services will have previous management experience with a clinical background working on a cardiac critical care, CVICU, or cardiac step down unit. This individual should be an excellent communicator, organized, and excited to build and manage a growing team.
