The Senior Nurse Director of Surgical Services will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer. With support from a strong CNOR Operating Room Manager and a CPAN PreOp and PACU Manager, the Senior Director will lead an outstanding and experienced Nursing team.
The Operating Room Senior Nurse Director will be responsible for overseeing patient care, personnel management, and administrative needs in the Perioperative Services unit. The Nurse Director will be accountable for the daily operations of nursing practice and coordination of the Operating Room Services, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, and Outpatient Surgery. The Surgical Services Nurse Director will also oversee budget planning and monitoring, scheduling, systems improvement, compliance with regulatory requirements, and strategic planning. The OR Senior Director will provide collaborative leadership in order to maintain high quality services and achieve departmental objectives.
