The Clinical Director of Employee Assistance Program EAP Mental Health Counseling will join a hospital that is a leader in the health care industry and an excellent place to work. The Clinical Director of Employee Assistance Program EAP Behavioral Health Counseling will provide overall leadership for all clinical services which includes managing the clinical and call center staff as well as oversight of the national provider network and after-hours response team. The Clinical Director of Employee Assistance Program EAP Mental Health Counseling is responsible for strategy, planning, and program development, including but not limited to EAP services, digital therapeutics, outpatient behavioral health, concierge care navigation, and coaching. 

The Clinical Director of Employee Assistance Program EAP Behavioral Health Counseling oversees network expansion, quality management, international EAP partner, consultation services and workforce planning. The Clinical Director of Employee Assistance Program EAP Psych Health Counseling serves as the clinical lead in digital service transformation and strategy.  The Clinical Director of Employee Assistance Program EAP Mental Health Counseling will direct all aspects of recruitment, credentialing and contracting for the national network and is responsible to ensure compliance with all Department of Managed Health Care applicable regulations.

The Clinical Director of Employee Assistance Program EAP Behavioral Health needs to have experience overseeing staff members in addition to projects and program development.  The ideal candidate for Clinical Director of Employee Assistance Program EAP Mental Health Counseling should have Master's Degree in a relevant mental health profession and active unrestricted California license as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PHD or PsyD with 6 years clinical experience in general clinical assessment and referral, substance abuse assessment and coordination of care, and short-term problem resolution counseling. Certified Employee Assistance Program (CEAP) preferred. 

The Clinical Director of Employee Assistance Program EAP Behavioral Health Counseling Services goal is to provide quality Employee Assistance Program services to employees and family members of client organizations with the objective of increasing employees and family members' job productivity and quality of life. This is achieved by assisting clients with work-related, personal, family, and/or substance abuse problems, and assisting the Employee Assistance Program providers and client organizations in meeting these same goals and objectives.
