Day-to-day responsibilities include accreditation and survey readiness (e.g., Joint Commission and CMS), policy standardization, clinical pathway optimization, PI project leadership, committee facilitation, event review and RCA facilitation, education and coaching for front-line teams. These responsibilities are supported by friendly nurses and a diverse, interprofessional team of physicians, APPs, pharmacists, therapists, case managers, and social workers who share a community-focused approach to safety and improvement.
