The Assistant Nurse Manager Emergency Department will work for a 250+ bed non-profit hospital that is part of a larger system in the area with a great reputation. The Assistant Nurse Manager Emergency Department will work a 50/50 position, meaning half the time spent working as a staff nurse, and half the time spent in administration positions. This is an excellent first designated leadership title position for the experienced Emergency Staff Nurse to get into nurse management.
The Assistant Nurse Manager Emergency Department will report to the Nurse Manager Emergency Department and work closely with the Emergency Nurse Educator. The Emergency Department Nurse Educator will also aid in departmental development of the staff throughout the department.
