The Assistant Director of Pharmacy Services will work in a non profit hospital that is a center of excellence for maternal and child services. The Assistant Director of Pharmacy will be accountable for the planning and operational management of the hospital Pharmacies. The Pharmacy Manager will ensure the delivery of quality patient care through implementation of effective and efficient policies and procedures and cost-effective issues.
The Pharmacy Assistant Director will monitor and maintain labor productivity and financial data within the department. The Assistant Director of Pharmacy will also provide leadership in planning, budgeting, formulary management, standardization of processes, and implementation of strategic plans, best practice clinical programs and cost saving initiatives.
