One of the largest Surgical Centers in California is looking to hire an Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator to have overall responsibility of directing the operations and objectives of the organization.
The Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator will develop policies and procedures while preparing the surgery center for the initial operations. The Administrator will be responsible for the daily administration and leadership of the center, be accountable for all aspects of financial management, facility maintenance, surgery services, patient relations and staff development.
The Surgery Center Administrator will join a renowned team of medical providers that serve much of Southern California. The Administrator will serve as a liaison between the governing body, medical staff, employees and all employees of the center. The Outpatient Surgery Center Administrator will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of perioperative center coding, billing and reimbursement processes.
The Administrator will be experienced in payer contracting, negotiations and managed care knowledge. The Surgical Center Administrator will foster positive public relations, implement marketing strategy and work in conjunction with the governing body to develop existing and new surgical service line services. The Administrator will maintain compliance with Medicare and other state and federal agencies.
The Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator will play a key role in inventory management and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate MUST have at least 5 years of Surgery Center experience, strong physician relations and Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care knowledge.
